In Greenunity, room modules combined with modular construction were loosely grouped on the roof. The result is a beautiful urban volume with generous balconies and green open spaces on the roof. The floor plans are well thought-out. What stands out about this design is that it develops a construction that can be translated to all three sites. The jury recognises this achievement with a special mention.
